Renewal Requirements for Senior Drivers in Ontario
Ages 65 to 79 (Commercial License Holders)
- Submit annual medical & vision reports
- If you have a (Z) Endorsement, complete the Air Brake Learning Module online
- Class D license holders must pass a vision and knowledge test every 5 years
Age 80+
Annual testing required:
- Vision test
- Knowledge test
- Road test

Absolutely. We’ll walk you through the vision, knowledge, and road tests required by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation for drivers over 80. We also help prepare for GES screening exercises like the Clock Drawing and Letter Cancellation tests.
